First International Conference on Digital Economy and Business Administration (ICDEBA 2023) Was Held in Tonglu, Hangzhou

On December 9th, 2023, the inaugural International Conference on Digital Economy and Business Administration (ICDEBA 2023) successfully took place at Zhejiang Gongshang University Hangzhou College of Commerce in Tonglu, Hangzhou, China. The conferences in this series started in 2023 as an academic conference and gradually expanded to include wider-related topic fields as well.
The conference embraced a hybrid format, combining both in-person and online participation to ensure maximum accessibility and reach. The in-person session brought together around 120 scholars, experts, and students from diverse countries, while the online component engaged four keynote speakers. The conference witnessed vibrant discussions and knowledge exchange.

The opening ceremony commenced with a warm welcome address by Professor Zhang Shiyue, Vice President of Zhejiang Gongshang University Hangzhou College of Commerce and Professor Gao Chuang from China Enterprise Reform and Development Society. They both extended heartfelt greetings to all attendees, expressing hope that the event would serve as a bridge for academic exchange.
The conference featured keynote speeches, invited talks, and parallel sessions, delivering a diverse array of research sharing.

At the keynote speech part of the conference, Professor Hao Yunhong from Zhejiang Gongshang University made a keynote speech: The impact of digital economy on business teaching and research. Dr. Asad Ullah from Shenzhen University delivered a speech: Data Analytics and Decision-Making in Modern Business Administration. Dr. Asish Law from University of California, Los Angeles performed a speech: AI Innovation in the Field of Education. Professor Leila Pinto from University College London delivered a speech: An Overview of the Financial Industry. Professor Joaquín Blaum from Boston University made a speech on Introduction to International Trade: Perspectives on Recent Trade Policy and Challenges to the WTO.
The conference also addressed seven parallel sessions, including: Digital Strategy and Modern Management, Digital Innovation and Sustainable Development, Digital Finance and Business, Digital Communication and Social Governance, Digital Media Design and Innovation, Digital Strategy and Educational Innovation, Digital Commerce and Smart Logistics.
